Beachfront Bungalow Retreat

Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort offers wooden bungalows with thatched roofs, set on the east side of Phi Phi Don Island. Options include Beachfront, Family, Seaview, and Garden View bungalows, each with air conditioning, private bathrooms, and terraces. Beachfront units are steps from the shore, while Seaview bungalows overlook Mosquito Island and Bamboo Island. Family bungalows have two king-size beds and a sitting area.

Thai & Western Dining

The resort's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring Thai and Western dishes. The Beach Bar offers cocktails and fruit juices. Guests can dine with views of the Andaman Sea. Romantic beachside dinners are available upon request.

Snorkeling & Fishing Trips

Activities include snorkeling in coral-rich waters, fishing trips with professional guides, and island tours by long-tail boat. Half-day and full-day excursions visit Maya Bay, Viking Cave, and Monkey Beach. Onsite massages are available, and hammocks under palm trees provide relaxation spots.

Boat Access Only

The resort is a 25-minute long-tail boat ride from Tonsai Pier, with scheduled shuttles costing 150 THB per person each way. Transfers from Phuket or Krabi airports include ferry rides and private speedboat options. Staff meet guests at the pier with a resort sign.

Weddings & Private Services

The resort arranges weddings with customizable packages, including officiant services. Private boat charters for island hopping can be booked. Staff assist with luggage transport via long-tail boats, and light packing is recommended for easier boarding.

“Accessible only by boat, the resort cultivates a private and tranquil atmosphere, harmonizing with the natural beauty of Phi Phi Don. The diverse bungalow options cater to various needs, while the on-site dining captures authentic Thai flavors, though travel to other parts of the island requires planning around boat schedules. For couples and nature lovers, the location is idyllic, offering a serene escape from crowded tourist spots.”

secluded beach friendly staff restaurant service refrigerator absence wardrobe absence luggage space

The location on the secluded beach was a highlight. I liked that the hotel arranged our pickup from the pier. The restaurant also accommodated my food intolerances well. They were respectful.

The lack of a refrigerator was noticeable. There was no wardrobe for storing clothes. there was not much space for luggage.

Authentic Beachfront Experience

beachfront bungalow sunset views clear water

The beachfront bungalow upgrade was indeed worth it. I could watch beautiful sunsets right from my balcony. The beach offered lovely swimming and snorkeling (the water was clear!). I especially liked the convenient boat transfers organized by the helpful staff.

My room did not include air conditioning. This made sleeping a little uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the night.

Dining

9/10

The restaurant served very delicious food. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The service personnel at the restaurant and bar were amiable and very accommodating, which enhanced the dining experience considerably.
