the lack of air conditioning in the bungalow made it very uncomfortable. the heat was almost unbearable making sleep difficult. also, i found the absence of a refrigerator quite inconvenient as i had no way to keep drinks cold.

The location on the secluded beach was a highlight. I liked that the hotel arranged our pickup from the pier. The restaurant also accommodated my food intolerances well. They were respectful.

The lack of a refrigerator was noticeable. There was no wardrobe for storing clothes. there was not much space for luggage.

The beachfront bungalow upgrade was indeed worth it. I could watch beautiful sunsets right from my balcony. The beach offered lovely swimming and snorkeling (the water was clear!). I especially liked the convenient boat transfers organized by the helpful staff.

My room did not include air conditioning. This made sleeping a little uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the night.

The restaurant served very delicious food. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The service personnel at the restaurant and bar were amiable and very accommodating, which enhanced the dining experience considerably.

the bungalow sat five meters from the beach. i awoke to sunrises. the restaurant had variety of dishes and the staff was so helpful. it was a great getaway, i felt relaxed for days.

the island location is very isolated. you depend on shuttle or tailboats to reach the port. phone lines did not work well here. i needed to contact my insurance but it was impossible due to the poor signal.

the resort is on the east part of the island, so it is only accessed by long tail boat which i really loved. it's away from the center, a perfect spot for a quiet retreat. it makes it a slice of paradise.

I enjoyed my stay. The beach was clean. Boat trips to different locations were available. The restaurant served tasty meals with fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and helpful to me.

The boat was the only way for transport and the return boat was by 17:30. I wish there was a later return.
